TawiaDesigns ships direct to all 50 States.

If for any reason you are not completely happy about your shoes, please notify us as soon as possible. Any un-worn, undamaged items will be happily accepted for exchange within 7 business days after the date of receiving the item. We do not offer refunds and are not responsible for shipping fees for returns or international custom fees.

Also, due to the unpredictability of the amount of orders every restock and most shoes being handmade, the date of shipment is very flexible. Orders will not always be shipped on time, but sometimes they will be shipped early. You'll be notified via email once items are shipped with tracking information.
